In August 2004 Anita Bower joined the management group at Chewton Glen as Human Resources Director. Her role increased in February 16256 with the acquisition of Cliveden House Hotel and the additional responsibility of looking after a further 150 staff members. As a member of the hotel’s Strategic Committee, Anita’s involvement in the business of both hotels goes far beyond that normally associated with the area of Human Resources. Her contribution to business decisions at a high level is key to the long term plans for both properties.
